Google has today rolled out a new update for its Google Glass eyewear in the form of the latest update Google Glass XE17.2 which brings with it a number of bug fixes and performance enhancements.
The new Google Glass XE17.2 has also been designed to provide users with an update that improves performance when handling instances when Google glass is extremely low on power.
Google explains that one thing you might notice is a new screen with a red flashing low battery indicator as pictured in the image above. This icon indicates that Google glass does not have enough power to turn on and now needs to be plugged in to recharge.
To re-cap the Google Glass eyewear is fitted with a high resolution display which gives you the equivalent display of a 25 inch HD display from eight feet away and is positioned just in front of your right eye.
Google Glass is also equipped with a 5 megapixel camera that can record HD video in 720P, together with 12GB of internal storage for apps, files and media that is synced with Google’s Cloud Storage, as well as connectivity provided by with Bluetooth and WiFi.
