Last week Google unveiled their next-generation of Google Glass 2 eyewear to the world revealing the devices new second generation design. Which will be made available to existing Google Glass Explorers when they trade in their previous and original Google Glass hardware.
Following on from that unveiling Google has this week announced that to help new Google Glass 2 adopters, it will be providing initiation briefings to new owners via its Google Hangouts service.
Rather than asking new owners of the Google Glass eyewear to make the trek to either Los Angeles or New York for induction training session.
Over the coming weeks there will be plenty of new Google Glass 2 adopters as Google has offered 3 invitations to existing Google Glass explorers which they can gift to friends and family. Allowing them to be able to get their hands on the latest Google Glass 2 eyewear for themselves.
Current Google Glass owners who were part of the Google Glass Explorers will be able to swap their device over for a new Google Glass 2 device, to qualify you will have needed to purchase your Google Glass before October 28th 2013. Google Glass 2 has now also been designed to be completely compatible with prescription frames and a new line of sunglasses that Google has on offer in their new Google Glass accessory store which also recently launched.
