An update to the iOS version of Google Earth now allows you to view the Earths Ocean and explore underwater landscapes and terrain on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Following the recent update that allows Android users to view the depths of the ocean.
This version also includes native support for the new Retina display, which means that if you have an iPhone 4 or the new iPod touch, you’ll get to enjoy an even sharper view of the world.
Not only does the update allow you to explore the depths but Google have also added an Ocean layer feature. That inclues hundreds of underwater photos and videos about the ocean and its sea life from more than 100 contributors curated by the Sylvia Earle Alliance.
Google Earth 3.2 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch is now available to download in the Apple Ap Store. Or navigate to http://m.google.com/earth in your mobile browser.
