Garmin has announced the launch of three new smart watches at this years CES, which include the Garmin Vivoactive.
The other two devices are the Garmin Fenix 3 which is a ‘Multisport GPS’ watch and the Garmin Epix, which is designed for navigation.
The Garmin Vivoactive comes with GPS and a range of built in sports and activity tracking applications, it is designed for a wide range of sports, including cycling, swimming, running, golf and more.
“Vívoactive combines signature Garmin fitness technology, such as built-in GPS, long battery life and a sunlight-readable display, in an ultra-thin smartwatch that lets users stay connected and achieve more,” said Dan Bartel, Garmin vice president of worldwide sales. “Designed to be worn all day, vívoactive can be personalized in many ways – from interchangeable bands to watch faces, apps and widgets – making it versatile, stylish and functional for your life. ”
This new Garmin smartwatch will be available in two colors, black and white, and the device can also be paired with a range of accessories, including a cycling sensor, a heart rate monitor and more, it will retail for $249.99 on its own or for $299.99 with the heart rate monitor.
