Epson has today unveiled a new line of projectors that have been designed with an integral iOS dock. The new MegaPlex MG-850HD and MegaPlex MG-50 now make it easy to view iPhone, iPad or iPod content directly through the projector by simply docking your iOS device.
Both projectors feature internal 10W stereo speakers and feature USB Plug ‘n Play instant setup, enabling users to project from a PC or Mac system or show slideshows via USB. They are also equipped with HDMI and VGA inputs for connectivity with Nintendo Wii, PS3 and Microsoft Xbox 360.
Epson’s flagship MegaPlex MG-850HD projector provides 720p high-definition resolution and high brightness of 2,800 lumens while the lower cost MegaPlex MG-50 features 540p resolution and up to 2,200 lumens of colour and white light output.
When they arrive in September the Epson MegaPlex MG-850HD will be priced at $799 and MegaPlex MG-50 for $699.
