Anyone who enjoys a cocktail but where prefer the mixing to be done by a professional, might be interested in a new device that has launched over on the Kickstarter crowd funding website this week in the form of the Barobot cocktail mixing robot.
The open source Barobot cocktail mixing robot is equipped with over 1000 cocktail recipes to choose from, or offers the option to create your own cocktail receipe on the fly depending on your needs. Watch the video after the jump to learn more about the Barobot Robot project and see it in action.
The Barobot comes as a flat pack and no advanced skills or tools are required to assemble it, it also fitted with over 100 individually controlled LEDs that can be set to a number of provided light-themes or synchronised to music. The creators of the Barobot cocktail mixing robot explain a little more :
“Mixing drinks at home parties might prove a challenge if you are not a trained bartender with professional equipment. It requires remembering many recipes and accurate measures which could be disastrous if you forget, more importantly, it distracts you from interacting with your guests. Barobot takes care of your bar tending needs allowing you to focus on your friends.
