Autodesk has today released a new iPad app called SketchBook Ink which it hopes will help improve content creation on Apple’s tablet. SketchBook Ink is a little different to most drawing app available for the iPad as it allows you to export drawings in resolutions exceeding 100 megapixels.
SketchBook Ink creates vector based artwork files so graphic artists can be confident that anything they create within the application will be suitable to use in other projects. Watch the video after the jump to see it in action.
SketchBook Ink is powered by a completely new engine from the other applications that Autodesk has launched for the iPad. The Autodesk SketchBook Ink App is now available for $4.99 from the iTunes App Store, and is currently on a promotional price of just $1.99
