ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG)Has this week unveiled a new compact gaming desktop PC which is equipped with an 8th Generation Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics. The ASUS ROG Huracan (G21) is fitted with a magnetically secured side covers as well as a foldable side cover that can be easily opened to improve airflow into the system during longer gaming sessions when a little extra ventilation can help keep components that extra bit cooler.
The system is also equipped with Aura lighting effects and can be fitted with up to 32GB of DDR4 2666MHz memory, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics and can be fitted with up to a 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD and a 2TB HDD and up to a 2TB HDD with Intel Optane Memory technology also available if your budget will stretch. A built-in ESS Sabre DAC and amplifier provides incredible 32-bit /384kHz audio and a sample rate that’s 8X greater than CD quality.
Unfortunately, no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by ASUS for the ROG, but as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you updated as always.
