After the Assassin’s Creed 4 Freedom Cry release date was leaked last week, Ubisoft has today officially announced the release date will be December 18th 2013 on PlayStation Network for the new next generation PlayStation 4 and December 17th 2013 for download on Xbox LIVE for Xbox One and Xbox 360.
The new Assassin’s Creed 4 Freedom Cry DLC created by Ubisoft is a nine mission self-contained storyline featuring Edward Kenway’s first mate Adewale.
“Born a slave, Adewale found freedom as a pirate aboard Edward Kenway’s ship, the Jackdaw. 15 years later, Adewale has become a trained Assassin who finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue without weapons or crew. He now has to acquire a ship and gather his own crew to free the slaves and avenge them. Over 3 hours of new single-player gameplay!
