Gamers looking forward to the launch of the new Assassins’s Creed 4 game later this year might be interested to learn of the team over on the VG24/7 website have released a video demonstrating the new Assassin’s Creed 4’s co-op modes, Discovery and Unleashed.
The new Assassin’s Creed 4’s co-op modes, Discovery and Unleashed provide players with an enhanced version of Assassin Creed 3’s Wolfpack co-op mode and can be seen in the video after the jump.
Discovery available for up to four players is a major addition to Assassins’s Creed 4 story-based mini-campaign and teaches the ropes of co-op before the Unleashed mode.
Within Unleashed mode players is work together to protect chests, eliminate disguised foes, complete synchronised kills, and kill “infected” enemies that can only be harmed once you’ve retrieved a package.
Assassins’s Creed 4 will feature three main cities; Havana, Kingston, and Nassau, which reside under Spanish, British and pirate influence, respectively, as well as featuring 50 locations to explore, with a 60/40 balance between land and naval exploration.
The new Assassin’s Creed 4 game will be launching on November 1st in Europe and October 29th in North America and will be available for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and PC. PS4 and Xbox One.
