Apple recently released the new iOS 11.2 beta 2 to both developers and members of their public beta testing program. We recently heard that the public beta version of the software enables Apple Pay Cash on the iPhone and iPad.
Now we have a video from the guys over at 9 to 5 Mac showing the iOS 11.2 Beta 2 software running on the new iPhone X. The video shows some of the new Live Wallpapers that are coming to the handset in this new update.
One of the major new features in iOS 11.2 will be Apple Pay Cash. Apple is expanding their mobile payment system to also include cash payments. You will be able to send money to your friends and family with Apple Pay Cash. Once the money is received they can then decide to withdraw it to their bank account or to use it as an Apple Pay balance for purchases.
The iOS 11.2 update will also come with some performance improvements and bug fixes. This is the second beta of the OS that has been released this month. We suspect Apple are planning to release the final version of the software some time before the end of the month. As soon as we get some details on the exact release date of iOS 11.2 we will let you guys know.
