Apple iWatch is one of the most highly anticipated wearable device for the year. The alleged device has leaked plethora of times in the rumor mill, suggesting a list of features it may come with.
While the rumor do make it sound like an excellent device, but a new report suggests there’s one area where it may turn out to be a disappoint for users: battery life.
According to The Information’s Jessica Lessin, employees who have information about the device have set “set low expectations” when it comes to battery life. “People who have talked to Apple about the watch said that Apple employees have set low expectations,” Lessin wrote.
In case you can’t recall, it’s one of the biggest hurdles faced by Apple. We’ve seen several reports that battery life is one of the major problems for the wearable.
Rumors suggest it will be highly integrated with iOS 8, and will use the health-related features introduced in the latest operating system. Apple is expected to unveil the rumored iWatch at the September 9th event, alongside the new iPhone 6. We’ll update you as soon as more information about the iWatch pops up.
