Apple and Samsung have been in talks to come to some sort of an agreement on their continuing legal issues, the two companies CEO’s recently met up to try to iron out their issues.
Now it would appear that the talks between Apple CEO Tim Cook and Samsung’s CEO JK Shin have failed, and the two companies will now be heading back to court.
According to a recent report, the two CEOs were unable to reach an agreement which would suit both companies, and there will apparently be no further talks before next weeks deadline of the 19th of February.
So it looks like Apple and Samsung will have to fight it out in court again to settle their various legal differences related to patent issues.
