As well as announcing its new range of Kindle Fire HD tablets, Amazon also introduced a new e-reader, the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite, which Amazon calls their most advanced e-reader.
The Amazon Kindle Paperwhite features a 6 inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, and it also features its own built in light for reading in the dark.
As with previous Kindle’s there will be a WiFi only version and a WiFi and 3G version of the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite, the WiFi only version will retail for $119 whilst the WiFi and 3G version will retail for $179.
