Urbie is a unique air purifier designed to provide both healthier air and also look after your houseplants. Watch the video below to learn more about the unique air purifier which has launched via Kickstarter this week and also includes an integrated dehumidifier and self watering plant pot.
Early bird pledges are available from €79 for the Urbie Basic which includes the self watering system. Worldwide shipping is expected to take place during May 2020. “What’s really unique about Urbie is its ability to recycle the dew collected from excess humidity and re-using it to automatically water your plant when it’s thirsty. Thanks to the moisture sensors placed in the plants soil, you will never have to worry about watering your plants. During dry season, simply fill up the water container and let Urbie take care of the rest!”
Created by a design team based in Paris, France the system allows you to worry less about your houseplants as well as enjoy healthier air. “Think of Urbie as your indoor ecosystem. Just like how our climate self-regulates humidity with the help of rain which then nourishes plants & trees, Urbie does so with the help of sensors that are constantly monitoring humidity, pollution and soil moisture levels to yield the best outcome. “
