The other day we heard about a new tablet from Acer, the Iconia Tab A510 which is rumored to come with NVIDIA’s new quad core Tegra 3 processor, and now it would appear Acer has another quad core tablet in the works.
The guys over at Notebook Italia have discovered some details on another new tablet that will use a quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, the Acer Iconia Tab A700 and the Iconia Tab A701, the two model numbers relate to a WiFi only version and a WiFi and 3G version of the same device.
What makes this new Acer tablet interesting is that it is expected to come with a 10 inch touchscreen display which is a full HD display with a WUXGA resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, which means it will be able to handle full HD video in 1080p.
This would make the new Acer Iconia Tab A700 one of the highest resolution tablets available, as soon as we get some more details on when the device is expected to launch we will let you guys know.
