If you are a Netflix subscriber you will soon be able to view ABC TV shows and movies thanks to a new deal with Disney. The service will now include both old and new TV shows though the new ones will only appear 15 days after they first air on telecast.
There have been no specific details about the new deal with Disney but reports have suggested that Netflix was willing to pay $75,000 – $100,000 per episode for in-season shows.
Netflix members will now be able to sit back and enjoy prior season episodes of current ABC hit series such as : “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Desperate Housewives” and, for the first time on Netflix, “Brothers & Sisters.”
Every episode of recent ABC favorites “Lost” and “Ugly Betty,” the latter making its streaming debut at Netflix. Each season of several hit series from ABC Studios, including “Scrubs” and “Reaper,” which are both new additions to the Netflix catalog of programs.
