The Flying Cushion (Video)
Researchers at the Kobe University in Japan has developed a new mobility aid which is designed to be used the the elderly and infirm, and the device is capable of hovering above the floor and moving the person sitting on it around the room.
The guys from Kobe University decided to call the device the Flying Cushion, and it is designed so that people can mover around easily, and it blows air from the underneath which makes it hover off the floor, sort of like a mini indoor hovercraft, have a look at the video of it in action below.
