We have featured a number of expensive smartphones here at Geeky Gadgets, although I think the new Vertu TI might be the most expensive Android smartphone we have seen as it retails for 7900 Euros which works out at around $10,500 dollars at today’s exchange rate.
So what do you get for your $10,500? The Vertu TI comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, you would expect Jelly Bean for that price, it also features a 3.7 inch WVGA display and comes with dual cameras.
On the front of the Vertu TI is a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat on the back we have an 8 megapixel camera with auto focus and a dual LED flash, the handset comes with 64GB of built in storage plus A-GPS and a battery that will give you up to 200 hours of standby time and up to 72 hours of talk time.
The casing on the Vertu Ti is made from a combination of brushed and polished titanium, there is also black leather and polished black ceramic, and it comes with a range of Vertu services which include Vertu Concierge classic, Vertu Life, Vertu Certainty.
Should you have more money than sense you can find out more information about the Vertu Ti over at the Vertu website.
