iPhone 4S Has Just 512MB Of RAM?

When Apple announced their fifth generation iPhone, the iPhone 4S, we were told it came with a dual core A5 processor, but Apple didn’t release any information on how much memory is inside the iPhone 4S.

Considering that the existing iPhone 4 comes with 512MB or RAM, we were expecting the iPhone 4S to come with 1GB of RAM, but now it would appear that the iPhone 4S comes with 512MB of RAM like the iPhone 4.

The new comes from the developers of Infinity Blade, for the iPad and iPhone, who have said the following.

“I’m still shocked that, with the iPhone 4S, I’m literally running around with a 1080p video camera in my pocket, with an eight megapixel camera, 64GB of hard drive space and an A5 chip with 512MB of memory. This is a really powerful computer, right?

I guess we will get some confirmation later this week when the iPhone 4S goes on sale.
