ICD Ultra 7 Inch Touchscreen NVIDIA Tegra Android Tablet

Some of our readers will remember the ICD Vega Tablet, ICD has added another tablet to their range with the launch of the ICD Ultra, the ICD Ultra features a 7 inch touchscreen LCD display, plus NVIDIA’s Tegra T20 chipset.

It comes with 512MB of DDR Ram/ 512MB of NAND memory, a non removable 4GB SD card and a microSD car slot.

The ICD Ultra also features a 1.3 megapixel web camera, a 3G connection plus, built in 802.11 b/g WiFi, an accelerometer, plus an ambient light sensor.

There is also a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 2.1, dual digital microphones and an FM Radio, battery life is up to four hours and it also features a mini HDMI port.

There is no word on pricing or availability as yet.
