According to a recent report by the WSJ, sales of the new Samsung Galaxy S5 handset were around 40 percent lower than Samsung has expected.

Google Nexus 6 Taken Apart By iFixit

Google recently launched their first Android 5.0 Lollipop smartphone, the Google Nexus 6, and now the guys from iFixit have taken the handset apart to see what was inside.

The Google Nexus 6 comes with some impressive specifications, which include a 5.96 inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, and a 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 quad core processor from Qualcomm.

T-Mobile Takes A Dig At AT&T’s Nexus 6 Bloatware

The new Google Nexus 6 recently launched on T-Mobile, and the device also launched on mobile carrier AT&T, although the AT&T version comes with some AT&T logo’s and some bloatware, the T-Mobile version of the handset comes exactly like Google intended the device to be.

Now T-Mobile’s Des Smith has decided to point this out on Google+, saying that they T-Mobile version of the device doesn’t come with any bloatware or ‘crap’ like the AT&T version.

Sonim XP6 Rugged Android Smartphone Hits AT&T


There is no shortage of Android smartphone on the market today, but most of those devise aren’t up to the task of working in harsh environments. For people that work in these harsh environments, they need a rugged device if it is going to last. AT&T has announced that it now has a new rugged smartphone that meets, and exceeds some military standards called the Sonim XP6.

This device runs the Android operating system and has a physical keypad for dialing and operating the phone with gloves on. In addition to that physical keypad, the smartphone also has a touchscreen that is bright enough to be viewed in direct sunlight. AT&T is mum on hardware specifications, but this isn’t a smartphone that you buy for hardware performance.

Firemonkeys is the game developer behind titles such as Real Racing 3 and has re-built the Need For Speed No Limits smartphone and tablet game from the ground up, says its Executive Producer.
