There are a number of uses for a camera that can shoot images on a specific schedule with no input from the user. One of the uses is for shooting images in a time lapse when you aren’t home. A camera of this sort is also a great way to shoot images of an event or party without you having to be behind a camera the whole time. Lyfeshot has unveiled an interesting little camera called Blynk.

The camera is very small at about the size of an MP3 player. It has 4GB of internal storage and is designed to shoot images on a frequency of 1 second per shot or higher. When the camera takes one picture every second the battery is good for up to 16 hours of continuous shooting. If you change the frequency, the battery will last even longer.
The Blynk camera has a clip allowing it to be connected to clothing or other items for hands free use. The camera comes in three colors including black, pink, or blue. It has automatic white balance and charges via USB. The camera can time stamp images and the LED indicator can be turned off. The Blynk camera is available now for $129.95.
