During the recent Gamescon 2014 event which finished over the weekend the games developers Digital Extremes announced that the Warframe free-to-play co-op shooter will be coming to Xbox One on September 2nd 2014.
Digital Extremes also announced during their Wareframe Tenno Live broadcast at the Gamescon event that subscribers have now passed 10 million registered users. Check out the Xbox One Warframe trailer and Gamescon 2014 press conference event after the jump.
Within Warframe players control members of the Tenno, an ancient warriors who have awoken from centuries of cryosleep to find themselves at war with the Grineer.
The Grineer take the for of a race of militarised humanoid clones controlled by a mega-corporation which has equipped them with advanced robotics and laser technology as well as the infested victims of the Technocyte virus.
Within the Xbox One Warframe co-op game four players will work together to complete missions and are equipped with a Warframe battle suit. The Warframe can be upgraded by players as they advance through the game and equipped with three weapons in the form or a primary, secondary and melee.
