The Samsung Galaxy S II is Samsung’s flagship Android smartphone, we heard earlier today that Samsung has sold over 3 million Galaxy S II handsets worldwide, and now according to a recent report Samsung may have a Windows Phone 7 version of the Galaxy S II in the works.
The Samsung SGH-i937 has turned up on the Bluetooth SIG, and according to the guys over at Phone Arena it has the same profile as many Windows Phone 7 Mango devices, which could mean that Samsung are about to launch a Windows Phone 7 version.
Of course this has yet to be confirmed by Samsung, and we doubt we will hear anything until Microsoft has released the Windows Phone 7 Mango update, so we may have to wait until then to find out if a Windows Phone 7 version of the Galaxy S II is in the works.
