Microsoft is expected to launch the next version of its operating system, Windows 8, in the fall of 2012, and Windows 8 is designed to work on both PCs and tablets, and now it would appear that we may have a launch date for the public beta of Windows 8.
According to a recent report, Microsoft will launch the Windows 8 public beta in February of 2012, and we have heard previously that Microsoft may release Windows 8 RTM (release to manufacturing) around June of next year.
From what we have seen so far, Windows 8 certainly looks very interesting, especially on tablet devices , and we are looking forward to seeing what the final release of Windows 8 is like.
