If you are patiently waiting to get your hands on the new Wikipad 7 Android games tablet, you will be pleased to hear that production of the Wikipad 7 has now started, and the first devices have started to roll out.
The new Wikipad 7 Android gaming tablet is powered by a NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, supported by 1GB of RAM and is fitted with a 7 inch screen sporting a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
Originally Wikipad developers were hoping to release a larger screen Wikipad last year, but unfortunately that concept never made the jump to production. However the smaller and more affordable Wikipad 7 offer a number of features.
Including 16GB of onboard storage, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity together with a removable control dock that features a D-Pad and physical buttons for more control whilst gaming.
The Wikipad 7 will ship with Google’s latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system and will be priced around $249.
