Not too long ago, Verizon released the Android 4.3 Update for Samsung Galaxy S3. If you’re rocking a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from Verizon, you’d be glad to know they’re rolling out the Android 4.3 update for the phablet.
The latest update bumps the software version to VRUEMJ9 and brings many improvements and features, including Galaxy Gear support and Samsung Knox.
Apart from these two, the latest update brings a number of improvements, including improved battery life when using exchange mail, improved WiFi, ability to move applications to SD card, improved voicemail notifications, Bluetooth LE, camera improvements and more. Additionally, you’ll find some bloatware apps as well as updates to some Samsung applications. Some Galaxy Note 3 features also comes to Note 2 including Pen Up and Multi-Window. Initially, the update was only available via Verizon Upgrade Assistant, but reports are pouring in that the update is also available over-the-air. If you don’t see the notification, you can manually check for the update or download Verizon’s Upgrade assistant, which is fairly easy to use.
