Travellers or those looking for a compact 4 port USB adapter may be interested in the new device called the USBcube, created by the Allocacoc Design Team based in Costa Mesa, California. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about this compact 4 port hub which is small enough to slip into your pocket and plugs directly into a wall socket.
USBcube has this week taken to Kickstarter to raise the required $10,000 needed to take the concept into production. Earlybird pledges are now available from $15 or roughly £11 and worldwide deliveries expected to take place during January 2019.
As you can see from the images and video above the compact adapter is equipped with a USB port on each face making accessibility easier than ever, as well as providing more options than a traditional single port USB adapter. “It charges up to 4 devices, one on each side of the USBcube, and is easy to use in daily life by all individuals. You can always take it with you. USBCube eliminates the need for multiple adapters. It’s an all-in-one charging companion. Simply connect your laptop’s USB-C cable directly into the USBCube.”
