UK Amazon Prime members can now enjoy HDR video streaming for no extra cost, Amazon has revealed this week. With the rollout of the high dynamic range (HDR) streaming content that is now available within the UK.
Amazon Prime members can now watch Amazon Original Series, Mozart in the Jungle and the pilot of soon-to-launch Red Oaks in HDR with more media soon to be available via the Prime service.
The new HDR media streaming service allows viewers to see greater contrast on the screen with brighter colours, enhanced shadow details and distinct highlights to make images appear more vivid, rich and lifelike. Prime members can start watching Mozart in the Jungle and Red Oaks in HDR through the Amazon Video app on Samsung SUHD TVs from today.
