HTC One M8 for Windows launched exclusively on Verizon a few months back, but it seems the handset is coming to other major US carriers as well. AT&T has already announced the launch date, and T-Mobile is also expected to launch it on November 9th.
Recently, T-Mobile posted the support pages for the HTC One M8 for Windows, hinting at the launch of the handset in the coming days.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the HTC One M8 for Windows brings an identical set of hardware as its Android counterpart, except that it runs Windows Phone 8.1 as its operating system. There’s a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC clocked at 2.3GHz and Adreno 330 GPU.
There’s 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot for expansion, a 4MP UltraPixel camera with a depth sensor, a 2,600 mAh battery and a 5MP front-facing camera.
There’s no official confirmation from T-Mobile about the exact launch date, but the way things are moving forward, it should come any day now. We’ll update you as soon as T-Mobile officially unveils the handset along with its pricing.
