If you are thinking of purchasing the New Nintendo 3DS you are going to be pleased to know that Nintendo has today confirmed that a number of Super Nintendo classic games will be available to play on the new handheld console.
Unfortunately if you own a regular 3DS or 3DS XL handheld you might not be so pleased as the older consoles will not support the new games that are on their way and include Donkey Kong Country, The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past and more.
– March 3: Pilotwings, Super Mario World, F-Zero
– March 24: Super Mario Kart, EarthBound, Donkey Kong Country
– April 14: The Legend Of Zelda: A Link To The Past, Super Metroid, Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy’s Kong Quest
Since SNES games will be available over the next two months with more being released over time says Nintendo.
