It looks like we finally have some decent photos of the new Xperia Z3 smartphone from Sony, thanks to @evleaks, the handset was spotted at the FCC earlier today, and now we get to see the first photos of Sony’s new flagship smartphone.
The Sony Xperia Z3 is rumored to launch in September, the device is expected to be made official at IFA 2014, and it is rumored to come with the same protection against dust and water as the Sony Xperia Z2.
The new Xperia Z3 will feature a 5.15 inch Full High Definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the handset will come with a quad core 2.4GHz Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm and will feature 3GB of RAM.
For storage the device is said to come with 32GB of built in storage, it will also feature a microSD card slot for expansion which will support the latest 128GB cards.
The new Sony Xperia Z3 will also come with the same cameras as the Z2, which will include a 20.7 megapixel Sony Exmor RS camera on the back and a 2 megapixel Sony Exmor R camera on the front.
Sony are also expected to launch a higher end version of the handset, called the Xperia Z3x, this is rumored to launch next year with a strong focus on the camera and photography.
