A new Sony device has appeared in the GFXBench benchmarks with the model number E6533 and it looks like this may be the new Sony Xperia Z4.
We previously heard that the Sony Xperia Z4 would come with a Quad HD display, although the device listed in the benchmarks appears to have a Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The rest of the specifications of the Sony Xperia Z4 appear to be similar to what we heard previously, the device will come with an Octa Core 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, an Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB of RAM.
The handset also appears to have 32gB of included storage and a 5 megapixel front camera and a 20 megapixel rear camera.
This is interesting because the camera appears to be Sony’s 20.7 megapixel Exmor RS camera, there were rumors previously that the Sony Xperia Z4 would feature a new 22 megapixel Exmor RS sensor.
We are expecting Sony to make their new Xperia Z4 smartphone official some time later this month, as soon as you get more details we will let you guys know.
