Sony is expected to debut its new Xperia XZ range early next year and now we have details on the new Sony Xperia XZ2. Some specifications for the handset have been leaked.
The Sony Xperia XZ2 comes with the model number H8216 and it looks like the handset will run Android 8.1 Oreo.
The handset will apparently come with a 5.48 inch display that features a Full HD resolution of 2910 x 1080 pixels and the device will come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, it looks like it will be powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor that was announced recently.
Other specifications on the Sony Xperia XZ2 include a microSD card slot for expansion and high end cameras. The front camera on the device will apparently come with 15 megapixels and is designed for Selfies. On the back of the device there will be two 12 megapixel cameras for photos and videos.
The handset will also come with a 3130 mAh battery and will feature Quick Charge. Sony could launch the device along with the other new handsets in their Xperia XZ range and Mobile World Congress 2018 in February.
