It looks like Sony could launch a new version of their XZ Premium at MWC in February, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium. Some specifications for the handset have now been leaked.
The new Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium will apparently have the model number H8541 and the handset is said to come with a 5.7 inch display with a 4K Ultra HD resolution.
The handset is listed with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, this makes sense as Samsung are rumored to have the exclusive on the new Snapdragon 845 when it launches early next year. The handset is also rumored to come with 4GB of TAM and 64GB of storage.
Other specifications on the new Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium will also include an IP68 rating for dust and water and Bleutooth 5.0, the handset is rumored to come with Android 8.0 Oreo. So far these are the only details we know about this new rumored Sony smartphone.
We should have more information about the new Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium when it is made official at Mobile World Congress in February 2018.
