Sony has released a software update for a number of their devices, these include the Sony Xperia X Performance, Xperia XZ, Xperia X And X Compact.
The software update for the above handsets comes with Google’s February security patch for Android, which Google recently released.
The update patches a number of security bugs in Android and the Xperia XZ and X Performance have the build number 39.2.A.0.417 whilst the Xperia X and X Compact have the build number 34.2.A.0.311.
It is good to see Sony releasing this update so soon after Google has released it, you can check to see if it is available for your handset from the settings menu.
