Sony are expected to announce five new mobile phones at Mobile World Congress later this month, we have already heard about a couple of them and now another device with the Sony Pikachu codename has appeared on some benchmarks.
The Sony Pikachu was recently spotted om GFXBench and the handset is listed as having a 5 inch display with a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
Other specifications on the handset include a MediaTek MT6757 processor and 32GB of RAM, the device is also listed with having 32GB of storage.
The handset comes with a 21 megapixel camera on the back with face detection and HDR and on the front there is a 7 megapixel camera for video chat and Selfies.
We will have more details about this new Sony Pikachu smartphone when it is made official at Mobile World Congress later this month.
