As well as the NEX-6 and A99 DSLR cameras, Sony has also officially introduced their new NEX-VG900E interchangeable lens Full HD camcorder, today.
The Sony NEX-VG900E is equipped with a 24.3 megapixel Exmor full-frame CMOS sensor, and is fully compatible with full-frame A-mount and E-mount lenses, by using the supplied adapter.

The sensor fitted to the Sony NEX-VG900E allows it to capture full-frame 24.0 effective megapixel still photos, with quality comparable to that of a DSLR camera, says Sony, and they can be shot in RAW format.
