If you ever need to send private SMS messages from your Android smartphone a new application called SecurSend Lite has been developed that can help you do just that.
SecurSend Lite gives you the ability to quickly and easily send encrypted text messages, and decrypt messages sent to you. The application asks the send for a password which is then used to encrypt the text messages and can only be read by the receiver if they enter the password to de-crypt the message.
SecurSend Lite for Android is available both as a free download from the Android market and as a paid version. The difference is that the paid version allows you to increase the security by using a stenography feature. Which allows you to use an image to increase the protection for the SMS message.
