We previously heard that Samsung would be taking Apple to court over the LTE used in Apple’s new iPhone, and now Samsung has confirmed to the court that it intends to file a motion against Apple and the iPhone 5.
The filing states that Samsung will be filing a motion with the courts once it has had a “reasonable opportunity to analyze the device.”, so we guess someone from Samsung will be queued up at an Apple store tomorrow to get their hands on the new iPhone 5.
Samsung intends to file the motion with the court bases on the information that is currently available about the new iPhone 5, it will be interesting to see what Samsung intends to do when they analyze Apple’s new iPhone 5, and whether they think they can prove that the iPhone 5 infringes on the 4G LTE patents they won.
