Samsung previously filed a patent for Gear Glass, this is the name that the company is expected to use for their Google Glass competitor wearable gadget, and now another patent filing has been revealed called Gear Blink.
We have already seen two pictures of different Samsung wearable devices, the one which is pictured above was originally discovered with the patent filing for Gear Glass.
The photo below shows a second wearable gadget from Samsung, we had previously though that Samsung was just filing patents for different designs of their Gear Glass device, although with the new name of Gear Blink, the company could plan to launch more than one device.
It is possible that the photo above is for the new Samsung Gear Blink device, from the looks of the photo it features a heads up display and a Bluetooth earpiece.
The last thing we heard about the Samsung Gear Glass was that the device would be unveiled at IFA 2014 in September, it is possible that Samsung could announce two devices at IFA.
As soon as we get some more information on the Samsung Gear Glass and the Samsung Gear Blink, including some actual photos of the devices, we will let you guys know.
