Samsung has officially announced the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and the Galaxy Tab 10.1, which was previously announced, both of these new Galaxy Tab tablets will come with Android 3.0 Honeycomb.
Samsung are calling the two new Galaxy Tab tablets, the worlds thinnest mobile tablets and each one measures just 8.6mm thick, and they will both come with Samsung’s TouchWiz user interface.
Both of these new tablets feature a WXGA display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, and both models feature a dual core 1GHz processor.
Samsung also announced some pricing, the Galaxy Tab 8.9 WiFi version will retail for $469 for the 16GB model and $569 for the 32GB model, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will retail for $499 for the 16GB model and $599 for the 32GB model.
Both the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will be available some time in the summer.
