It looks like some of Samsung’s earlier Galaxy Tab tablets will shortly be getting an update to the latest version of Google’s mobile OS. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7, Galaxy Tab 8.9, and the Galaxy Tab 10.1 will all be receiving the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update next month.
According to the guys over at Sammobile, the updates will start rolling out next month and will be completed for all of the Galaxy Tab tablets sometime in August.

The Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update will be available for both the WiFi and WiFi + 3G versions of the Galaxy Tab range, including the Galaxy Tab 7.0.
