The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will be made official at Samsung’s press conference later this month and now it looks like we have some details on the release date for the new smartphones.
According to a recent report the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be available to pre-order from the 10th of April and it will launch worldwide on the 21st of April, these date have not been confirmed by Samsung.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumored to come with the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, there will also be a version of the handset with the new Samsung Exynos processor.
The handset will feature 4GB of RAM and a choice of storage options from 64GB up, plus a microSD card slot and it will come with high end cameras.
On the front of the S8 there will be an 8 megapixel camera and on the back there will be two 12 megapixel cameras, there will also be a 5.8 inch display, the S8 Plus will come with a 6.2 inch display, both handsets will come with Android Nougat.
Samsung will make their new Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus smartphones official at a Samsung Unpacked press event on the 29th of March, we will have more details about the new devices then.
