It’s been over a month since Samsung Galaxy S5 went on sale in most countries across the globe. Last month, the folks at Boost Mobile said the handset will be available on the prepaid carrier, and it seems the moment.
Recently, Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile have started selling the Samsung Galaxy S5 for $599.99 off-contract. It’s already available on major carriers in the U.S, so Boost and Virgin Mobile might be a little late to join the Galaxy S5 party.
The device is exactly the same in terms of specifications as the standard Samsung Galaxy S5. For spending $599.99, you’ll get your hands on a 5.1-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, a quad-core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 chipset under the hood with 1GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage with a microSD card slot.
Other features include a 16MP camera on the back for photos and videos, as well as a 2MP front-facing camera, a 2,800 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat as its operating system.
