We just got an email from the guys over at Vodafone to let us know that the new Samsung Galaxy S II is now available from Vodafone here in the UK, and prices for the S II start out at £299 on their cheapest plan which costs £25 a month, and you will have to cough up £40 a month to get the Galaxy S II for free, both of these are with a 24 month contract.
As a reminder the Samsung Galaxy S II comes with a 4.3 inch display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, there is also a dual core 1.2GHz processor and it comes with Android 2.3.3.
Other specifications on the Galaxy S II include a rear facing 8 megapixel camera with an LED flash, plus a front facing 2 megapixel camera, plus 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS, DLNA,a light sensor, Digital Compass, an Accelerometer, Proximity, Gyroscope sensor, and there is also a microSD card slot which can take up to 32GB microSD cards.
