US Cellular has just announced its first LTE smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S Aviator, which is a variant of the Samsung Galaxy S II and the device will be available for $99.99 when you sign up to a new contract with the carrier.
The Samsung Galaxy S Aviator comes with a 4.3 inch WVGA touchscreen display that features a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, and it come with Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread.
Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy S Aviator include a 1GHz processor and 1.4GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot that can take up to 32GB cards.
The device also comes with two cameras, up front there is a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat on the back there is an 8 megapixel camera for photos and video, the Samsung Galaxy S Aviator will be available for $99.99 after a $100 mail in rebate when you sign up to a new two year contract with the carrier.
