Samsung announced the Galaxy Note Edge back in September at IFA 2014 alongside the Galaxy Note 4. The de vice features a curved display from one side, and launched in select markets across the globe.
UK was one of the launch markets, but it’s yet to officially receive the device. Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has seen its fair share of delays in the UK and it seems the launch of the handset is delayed once more.
Previously, the handset was set to launch on November 28th, but as the launch date came closer, it was announced the handset will hit the retail shelves on December 12th, just in time for the Christmas. Now, we’re close to the launch date once more, but users interested in the device may have to wait a little longer as the launch date is pushed back once more. The official Samsung UK store currently shows the scheduled shipping time to start from December 17th which means users who have pre-ordered the device get their hands on it on December 18th probably.
Carphone Warehouse was also taking pre-orders of the handset, but it’s still showing December 12th as the expected shipment date. It’s strange that Samsung’s online store expects the shipping to commence on December 17th while Carphone Warehouse still lists (at the time of writing) the shipping date to be December 12th.
We’ll update you if we hear more about the handset, but for those who pre-ordered through Samsung’s store, you may have to wait a little longer.
