Last week we heard a rumor that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 phablet would be launching at IFA 2014 in September, and now we have more information on Samsung’s next generation phablet.
We previously heard rumors that the Galaxy Note 4 would come with either a 5.5 inch or 5.6 inch display, although some new details have been revealed that the new Note will come with a 5.7 inch display.
According to GSM Arena, who have received some information on the new Galaxy Note 4, the phablet will feature a 5.7 inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The 5.7 inch display is the same size as on the existing Galaxy Note 3, although the resolution has been increased to QHD, the device is rumored to also feature either a hexa core Samsung Exynos processor or a quad core Snapdragon processor, possibly the Snapdragon 805.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is also rumored to come with at least 3GB of RAM, there is the possibility that it could be the first Samsung mobile device to feature 4GB of RAM.
The next generation Note from Samsung will apparently come with a choice of either 32gB or 64GB of built in storage, and it will feature front and rear facing cameras.
We also heard previously that the new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 would feature the same cameras as the Galaxy S5, in the form of a 2 megapixel front camera and a 16 megapixel rear camera, although there are rumors that the device may actually feature a 20 megapixel rear camera.
The handset is also said to come with the same water resistance as the Samsung Galaxy S5, as soon as we get some more information on this new phablet, including some photos of the handset, we will let you guys know.
